Expressing Gratitude and Providing an Update on Our Journey

Dear Park Square Landlord  Team,

We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and support as our landlord. We truly appreciate your role in providing us with a stable and comfortable space to operate our business.

As you know, we faced a challenging relocation in 2022 due to circumstances beyond our control.[1] The impact of that experience continues to be felt, but thanks to the support of our dedicated community and your ongoing partnership, we are steadily rebuilding and moving forward.

We want to assure you that we are actively working to overcome the financial challenges we currently face. We are committed to fulfilling our obligations as tenants and are confident that we will emerge stronger from this period.

In the spirit of transparency, we want to share some of the initiatives we have undertaken to strengthen our business:

  • Christmas Renewal Campaign: We recently launched a Christmas renewal campaign, “A Journey into 2025,” to generate much-needed support and engagement.[2]
  • Building Faith and Community: We are actively fostering a sense of community and shared purpose through initiatives like our “2025 Faith” project.[3]
  • Maintaining a Strong Online Presence: We continue to maintain a vocal online presence, sharing our story and connecting with our followers. This online community has been instrumental in helping us navigate the challenges we’ve faced.[4]
  • Expanding Our Services: We are excited to be expanding our offerings to include a range of healing services designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.[5]
  • Advocating for Justice and Equity: We are actively engaged in advocating for greater justice and equity in our community, as detailed in our open letter to the Law Foundation of BC and Premier Eby.[6]

We understand that our current financial situation may be a cause for concern, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to rectify it. We are confident that with continued effort and your ongoing support, we will soon be able to say, “We are in your debt!” – a phrase that we will utter with the utmost sincerity and gratitude.

Thank you again for your understanding and belief in us. We value your partnership and look forward to a continued positive relationship.

Sincerely,
