步驟 1: 提交您的預約申請（AR）
請告知我們您偏好的日期、時間及服務項目。歡迎您隨時透過 selfology.co/booking (或 selfology.janeapp.com) 更改或重新安排您的預約申請。我們將根據您的偏好發送暫定預約 (TB) 確認信。
步驟 2: 確認您的暫定預約 (TB)
請查收暫定預約確認信，並回覆最符合您需求的信件。若您收到多封暫定預約確認信，請務必回覆正確日期、時間及服務項目的信件。
步驟 3: 收到最終確認信
收到您的暫定預約確認後，我們會再次確認服務時段是否可行，並向您發送最終確認信。
請注意：最終確認信的主旨不會包含「AR」或「TB」等字首，信件內文將提供服務詳情而非預約說明。這封信即為確認您自我生態預約的最終確認信。
其他注意事項：
- 我們的預約系統將透過 (604) 239-6204 發送自動化訊息給您。此號碼無法回覆。
- 如有其他需求或欲預約未列於申請中的服務，請寫信至 love@selfology.com 或發送簡訊至 604-733-7776。
- 我們將發送兩次提醒：一次在預約前兩天，一次在預約前一天，透過電子郵件或簡訊（如果您選擇此選項）。
- 每次預約申請將自動將您加入我們活躍的候補名單。我們會持續為您留意其他適合的時段。
- 若要更改或取消預約，請於預約前兩天填寫 selfology.co/reschedule 上的表格。

Enjoy ample free parking nearby, and take advantage of our reserved spots 16 and 17 inside the building from 8 am to 6 pm daily.
When reserving your Selfology experience, you’ll have the opportunity to request a reserved parking spot. Please remember that all parking requests require final confirmation.
