Heart Notes on The Aura Mural at the Amazing Brentwood (Artist: Elyse Dodge)
Dear all,
Imagine if you are to see the world with an inner child’s eye, this is almost exactly the impression many could imagine.
Seeing the artwork by Elyse Dodge is beholding that inner-child state in reality; and her recent work at Amazing Brentwood is helping raise awareness on mental wellness (go and take pictures of the Aura Mural and post online so the developer would donate; suggest to them to break that $5,000 ceiling. See link above).
Elyse Dodge’s work has a catharsis beauty to it beyond pure aesthetics. The triangles are, to some of the Superfamilies here, a reminder that many conflicts are merely variations of the drama triangles (Karpman’s Drama Triangle: Persecutor, Rescuer, and Victim). Everything can be reduced into smaller triangles. The adult world is just a place with finer triangles.
Imagine a world where leaders treat people, not as children (hint: we can understand complex things and we remember promises), and a world where parents can have free joy with their child, having faith that being less of a parent sometimes is fine and good. Your child and your inner-child would love it.
It takes a village to grow common healthy thoughts.
